Beats Solo2 Wireless Unboxing: Now Without Pesky Wires

One of Beats’ most popular pair of headphones, the Solo2, finally has a wireless counterpart. For $299.95, you can pickup the Solo2 Wireless, which can connect through Bluetooth with a range up to 30 feet. The head cans are essentially identical to the company’s already terrific Solo2, but without the hassle of pesky wires. If you’ve been holding off on getting a pair of over-the-ear wireless headphones, this might be a pretty solid choice.
At the time the new wireless Solo2 were unveiled, Beats President Luke Wood said the new headphones would retain the same world-class acoustics present in the wired model. Additionally, Wood promised the new pair would be just as comfortable, but even better because they offer the freedom of a wireless experience. I can already see athletes and other popular musical talents picking these up.
Inside the box, consumers will get the Solo2 Wireless headphone, carrying case, RemoteTalk cable and USB 2.0 charging cable. The headphones promise 12 hours of usage, so you should be able to get through a long commute with no problem. You can currently pick up your own pair through Apple and a number of other retailers, including a Verizon-exclusive red model at carrier stores.
